Work hard, party hard, der wahre Business-Punk.

„Atari at the time had all these people and the smell of dope burning in the back and whatnot.“

Taylor Swift interviewt Pattie Boyd

„TS: I wondered who and what situation “Wonderful Tonight” was written about, and now I know it’s about you getting ready for a party, changing clothes, and saying, “I don’t like this, I don’t like that.”
PB: I came downstairs with trepidation thinking [Eric] was going to be so angry that I’d taken far too long, and instead he said, “Listen, I’ve just written this song.”
TS: That is so incredible to me.
PB: But you must do that too. You must be inspired by a few moments or something, the way your boyfriend turns or says something to you or a little bit of a smile or “Is he thinking this or that?,” and that would inspire you. Can you write it the moment it’s happening?“

50 Jahre Yellow Submarine

Am 17. Juli 1968 feierte der Animationsfilm „Yellow Submarine“ in London Premiere. Budget: 1 Million Dollar. Produktionszeitraum: 1 Jahr.

„The lack of storyboard helped give Yellow Submarine this stream-of conscious-spirit, a free-flow much like Beatles music itself.“

Party in Palestine

„There are specific problems facing DJs and promoters from the West Bank. The music needs to be turned off at midnight, so they often party during the day. For the DJs who want to tour in Europe, obtaining visas can be a financial strain and a bureaucratic nightmare: 30 percent of United Nations members do not recognise the Palestinian Territory as a state, and on the Henley Passport Index, which ranks nationalities by freedom of travel, Palestine places 96th out of 100, just above Afghanistan, Iraq and Yemen.“
